Camden James | Fresh 48

Meet Camden James!  Isn’t he just the sweetest?!   I’ve been meaning to post this heartwarming Orlando fresh 48 session for the longest time now!  It’s one of my favorite sessions in a long time because you can feel all the love and excitement and blessings this family feels surrounding the birth of their first son!

I cried ya’ll!  I know that’s hard to imagine (shock!) but the room was just filled with an immense amount of love, joy and thankfulness to God!

Alli and Brent are two of the most incredible people I have ever met.  They are believers, they are helpers, they are some of the best of friends and they are going to be such wonderfully beautiful parents!  In fact, I’ve never known two 48 hour parents to be so calm and patient in my life!  I would love for you to get to know more about Alli and Brent and trust me, I could give you an earful about how wonderful I think they are… but I think I should let them do it themselves!

As for me I met them at an engagement party for mutual friends.  It was like an instant connection that we had!  We just started talking and never stopped.  Alli and I then became friends on social media and the chatting continued.  I think my favorite part was that Alli and I realized we could have real conversations and not just the basic, flat conversations you have with some people you first meet.  We could talk and were talking the real talk. So naturally when she asked if I did hospital photos, I jumped at the chance and was incredibly honored!

I rushed over to them at the hospital a few days after baby Camden was born!  I was so excited, I could hardly contain myself.  Camden was perfection and there is nothing like taking a families first images!

There were many tears:  of happiness, of realizing oh my gosh how we prayed for this baby and now he is actually here… ours to keep and to nurture!  There were tears of laughter and tears of emotion that can’t be expressed in words!

It was a beautiful morning and I can not even begin to describe how truly honored and blessed I feel to be a part of such a beautiful moment in their history!
